  Ok so I applied for a credit card 2 weeks ago. When I applied they told me I would receive an email within the next 3 days saying if I got accepted of not. After a week and a half of waiting for this email I called and they told me to wait another week then come in and apply. After that phone call, the next day I received my credit card and my name was spelled wrong. I go in and they told me it was ok and that's how they have me on file. My question is why couldn't they look up my name when I called and said "oh your credit card will be in tomorrow". No! When they called they didn't ask for my name or anything. They just gave me some lame "oh you have to come in" no I'm not working around my schedule for your poor customer service!
