  While I was happy with the speed that the repairs were made ( I called Wednesday afternoon, dropped the vehicle Wednesday night and picked up the repaired vehicle Thursday) I was concerned about the condition. The satellite radio was on (turned off when parked) the windshield had a new crack and the truck was left in 4 wheel drive. I will strongly consider other dealerships in the future.

  Thanks so much for the great service! I had a major breakdown on the highway just coming into the city late on a Friday afternoon. Got towed to Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's parking lot, after hours, dropped my key and trouble info into the convenient after-hours drop box. My truck was repaired quickly, and satisfactorily. I only dealt with their friendly and courteous staff over the phone, and I was on my way again by Sunday morning. Service was excellent and cost of parts and labor were reasonable!

  They were very informative regarding my trucks status, warranty etc. what was suggested without being pushy. Truck was waiting right outside the door for me when I got there.

  Was great dealing with jay and Dominic in the sales department. Really pulled threw and helped me out with a truck!. If your looking for any ride I’d go see jay makes the whole experience that much easier.

  I had a great experience at Spruce Grove Dodge. Buying a car here was quick, easy, and accommodating. Steven definitely played a big part in this by being able to work with my budget and showing an understanding for my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!
