  I had the worst experience at fix auto in spruce Grove! I took my van there as much insurance said they were a great place. I had severe hail damage to my vehicle. It went into their shop it perfect mechanical condition. The 1st time I got it back, there was pieces missing, pieces that flew off while driving back home, the paint job on the brand new hood was horrible (they said they couldn't do any better, because it's black, which is bs) and all of a sudden I couldn't control my fan, and had no drivers heated seat. 3 weeks later, I took it back to get everything fixed that was not fixed properly the first time, it was there for 3-4 weeks longer. When I got there to pick it up, one of the windshield moldings was still lose at the top, and the paint job on the hood was still horendice, the fan was not fixed, I was told it had nothing to do with them. I will never ever go back to any fix auto, and will never ever refer anyone to their shop. Driving back and fort to drop my vehicle off and pick it up, I missed out on 4 days of work, and wasted a whole heck of alot of fuel, as I live in Fort McMurray. This place is an absolute joke!

  Came in to do an estimate and was happy with the price. Booked an appointment for 3 weeks later. Came in for the appointment and was told that they didn't even order the part needed and that they didn't even have an appointment that day for me at all. Terrible customer service experience.

  Super helpful and honest when I went for an estimate. Decided against the repair at this time but would consider them as their service was good.

  I JUST HAD MY CAR REPAIRED AT ' FIX AUTO COLLISION ' IN SPRUCE GROVE, ALBERTA , AND I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR ALL THEIR HELP AND KINDNESS. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT COUNTER WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL ! THEY ARRANGED FOR ME TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR TO DRIVE WHILE MINE WAS BEING SERVICED. WHEN I WENT IN TO PICK UP MY CAR AGAIN, THE MEN WHO HAD REPAIRED IT HAD ALSO CLEANED IT AND LEFT IT IN IMMACULATE CONDITION ! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FOR ALL THE GREAT SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED, AND I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ! LISA KEGEL
