    Staff not knowledgable enough to honour gift cards. Tried same card twice now and they tell me they are not allowed to honour gift cards as only the manager can do this. Asked to come back between certain hours mid week when the manager is in... totally inconvenient and unnecessary! Checked the card to make sure it was fine and card is fine, just THIS store decided they don't want to honour these I guess... said I should try another store in stony plain. :(
