    Great sales experience with James! The day I picked up the mattress (a different employee) is a different story; no greeting, no eye contact, just a blunt request for "paperwork". When I asked for help loading the mattress he replied, "I'm not carrying a mattress across the parking lot." so I said that I would do it myself. He said nothing. I ended up dragging it to the front doors, pushing and holding them open myself and dragging the mattress outside. Is this any way to treat a customer, grouchy man who had to work Victoria Day? Not impressed and never going back UNLESS this is made right!

    Tony S. is amazing to deal with. We had such a pain-free, enjoyable shopping experience. He took interest to learn our names - including our 3 year old son. He pointed us in the direction of exactly what we came in looking for. Tony was friendly without being smarmy which is incredibly rare these days. Also, Tony wasn’t pushy; he didn’t try selling us anything we didn’t express interest in and we were very thankful for that. Tony even called the Brick Warehouse and gave them a heads up we were on our way to pick up our delivery which meant we were in and out of the warehouse in minutes.

    Brian the salesman had an abundance of information. But he left out the part about the Bricks policy of not taking back mattress covers or the likes. Sorry Brian that is not good customer relations.

    Terrific customer service and they know their stuff! Mentioned that we need a Sofa. Found out we can buy anything The Brick carries at this store, just need to know what it is we want. Delivery is amazing with no damage done to the house or the products! Overall a great experience!

    He did try to upsell but when we indicated we weren't interested he stopped. I would recommend this store.

    Had a great customer service experience, the salesman was very helpful. I bought a wonderful mattress at a really good sale price.

    Salesmen was excellent. Huge amount of knowledge. Sounds like he stay's in hotels just to try the mattresses. lol

    So that was last week. I tried to take back a $258 mattress cover. It wasn't doing what was primosed. For nearly 300. It should what they say it would. The Brick would not take back. They have a sign up saying that due to Canadian regulations they are not able to return. They could take it back. They just won't. They have an easy way out with this regulation. Bottom line is if you want your costumers to trust you and come back to make another purchase then you treat them right.
