  Upon receiving my delivery, I noticed the drink was missing. When I called in, the manager suggested a credit, however, I rarely do take out, so I wanted this resolved now. I asked if it was possible to get the driver to pick one up from the co-op and drop it off. The owner hung up. He remained very calm, even though I was inconveniencing him during the dinner rush. Before the food had a chance to cool, the driver arrived with an extra large can of unnamed beverage. I am sorry for causing the disruption, but I am trilled with the customer service. The food is good too!

  Hands down the best donairs in the Spruce Grove / Stony Plain area. I've been in the area for 10 years & literally tried them all. Keep up the good work Sam!

  Whenever i go.get sams pizza.. it never disappoints me. I usually get a pizza AND wings or dry ribs instead of 2nd pizza.... it's always fresh and cooked exactly the way i ask.. I'm a very picky eater.. i like my pizzas prepared a certain way... AND sam and his staff always do a great job.... a great local pizza place.... and would recommend it to anyone new to the area.... Sam's special pizza is great.... also donair pizza is so good too.... meat sauce is awesome on lasagna it has a hint of cinnamon in it so you know it fresh and homade

  We have ordered the 22 medium for 4 years now. Yesterday I get the 21. We don't like pineapple at all. I call back and ask what they think I ordered. Yes, I could have made a mistake. When the owner gets on the phone and is telling me he can't read minds and you got what you ordered buddy. I think to myself I knew it was a 22 I wanted, I doubt I made a mistake, I'm sure he gets grief from customers all the time, thank-you for pointing out you are f@&$g perfect. All I was looking for is that you could have made a mistake as well. We all make them everyday. Maybe you could read back the order over the phone to avoid the confusion next time, but it is your business, and I am never coming back.

  This place is a joke first and last time I order from there ordered two pizzas which were ok and dill pickle wings. The wings were plain. I called to let them know they messed up. And guy came on the phone and told me he made them himself and that is how they are. I don't think they should sell dill pickle wings if they don't taste like dill pickle. The funny thing was is I was friendly and wasn't even going to ask for anything I was just letting them know. Way over priced for the mediocre pizza and lousy customer service.
