  Not at all. The OWNER ended up saying (multiple times before I left the store) that the food I requested was "garbage" and that it was good to know the organization I'm volunteering for "feeds their animals garbage." Girl, you sell this food IN YOUR STORE. And besides that, it's not your place to tell me if I'm feeding my animal up to your standards. I'm sure the 4 days of associates training she did isn't quite the same as the veterinarians who recommend the food I requested and require the animals they care for to be fed on it.

  They’re never helpful at Pet Valu and if you ask them a question they put zero effort into helping you out and they’re way more expensive.

  I went in and asked for a specific kind of kitten food for a foster kitten. The store owner said that they didn't carry the small bag because it wasn't as good of a deal. Obviously, I knew why a bigger bag was a better deal; however I didn't want a big bag because I only need it for a few days. She recommended a different brand, but I explained that the organization I foster for has specific feeding requirements and I needed the brand I requested specifically. All good, right?
